This 60-minute class weaves together slow, intentional yoga, breath awareness, and heart-centered themes inspired by Christian spirituality. The final 11-15 minutes are reserved for quiet reflection, offering space for journaling, prayer, meditation, or silent reading.
This class is invitational, calm, and deeply supportive—designed for those seeking rest, presence, and a meaningful pause from the pace of everyday life.
