🌿 Sound & Ground: A Personalized Sound Healing Journey
A sound bath is more than listening to beautiful instruments—it’s a vibrational experience that works with your body, mind, and energy field. In a Sound & Ground private session, the focus is completely on you. Before we begin, you’ll fill out a simple intake form to share both your overall wellness goals and anything specific you’d like support with. This helps us create a session that’s truly aligned with your needs in the moment.
During the session, you’ll be surrounded by the healing tones of crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, and other sound tools. Each instrument carries its own unique frequency, and together they help bring your system back into harmony. Sound vibrations gently guide the nervous system out of “fight or flight” and into “rest and restore,” making space for calm, clarity, and grounded presence.
Whether you’re moving through stress, fatigue, emotional heaviness, or simply seeking a deeper connection to yourself, Sound & Ground provides a safe, personalized space to release, recharge, and realign. It’s your time to settle into stillness and let sound carry you home to balance.
You get OPTIONS: Use of the 7-gem stone full body heated PEMF Mat on the massage table, lay on a mat or on the Himalayan Pink Salt floor in the salt room, or relax in our swivel padded chair with a padded foot stool or a heated foot detox mat.
