Faith & Fitness: Rooted Strength is a low-impact, faith-centered Pilates practice designed to build core strength, stability, and confidence while honoring the body as God’s creation.

This class focuses on controlled, intentional movement that supports posture, balance, and functional strength for everyday life. Breath awareness and mindful pacing help the nervous system stay regulated, allowing strength to develop without strain or pressure.

Classes are calm, supportive, and accessible—offering a steady approach to building strength with purpose, patience, and care.

Many students pair this class with Breath, Body & Belief — Christian Yoga on Saturdays to create a balanced weekly rhythm of strength and stillness.
