Kids Sound Bath & Movement

Kids Sound Bath & Movement Experience (Ages 4–12)

This gentle, small-group experience supports children in settling their bodies, regulating their nervous systems, and relaxing in a calm, sensory-safe environment.

We begin with simple, playful movement and breathwork to help children transition and settle. This is followed by a soothing sound bath using child-friendly instruments to encourage relaxation and emotional balance. The experience concludes with a light snack and supervised time for children to explore and play with select sound tools.

Parents are required to remain on-site during the session. Caregivers are welcome to participate alongside their child or relax and wait in the salt room (salt generator will be off).

Duration: 40 minutes
Group Size: Up to 3 children
Ages: 4–11
Investment: $95 per session (up to 3 children)

What ages is this class for?
This experience is designed for children ages 4–11. Activities are adaptable to meet a variety of developmental levels within this age range.

Do parents need to stay?
Yes. A parent or caregiver is required to remain on-site during the session. Caregivers are welcome to participate alongside their child or relax and wait in the salt room (seated outside the active salt area).

What does my child need to bring?
Children should wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement. No prior experience with yoga or sound healing is needed.

What is the snack provided?

What about food allergies or sensitivities?
Please let us know of any allergies or dietary sensitivities at booking. Families are also welcome to bring an approved snack from home if preferred.

Will my child get to touch the instruments?
Yes — during the final portion of the session, children will have supervised time to gently explore select, child-safe sound tools. Instrument use is guided to ensure safety and respect for the space.

What if my child needs a break or becomes overstimulated?
That’s completely okay. Children are always welcome to take a break, sit with their caregiver, or step into the salt room with a parent as needed. This experience is designed to be flexible and supportive.

How many children are in each session?
Each session is limited to up to 3 children to maintain a calm, regulated environment and allow for individualized attention.

Is this a drop-off class?
No. This is a caregiver-attended experience to support emotional safety, smooth transitions, and nervous system regulation.

How long is the session?
The total experience is 40 minutes, including movement, sound, snack, and exploration time.
